Spectacular view Positive: The View is one of a kind. Plenty of bed space. Just spectacular. Negative: I do wish the front room was made into a living room (that’s what it is). The front room was so cozy and almost like a cabin feel. We didn’t use it because we didn’t need the bed space. I see why they have it set up that way but it would have been nice to have a couch In there and family movie nights.

I do not recommend this property and host to guests visiting New York. Positive: The location of the property relative to local transit was convenient. Negative: The information on the property is inaccurate; parking is not included, and the rate is extremely high per night. The washrooms were filthy with black and brown stains. There were also ants crawling around the house, and few were also found crawling on our beds. I also contacted the host for body wash and shampoo, however, he was unwilling to supply any.

Fantastic location. Clean and comfortable. Positive: The location is fantastic. So easy to get to and from Manhattan. Great amount of space, good price. Excellent communication from owner. Negative: Some small cosmetic repair required. But there was nothing I disliked.
