This place has 4 flights of stairs to climb up with your luggage. Bring your own shower soap/ shampoo.

They are really supportive, the place is excellent.

Excellent
Positive: Lovely! Nice feeling when they call me and ask if we are coming on the way by whatsapp.
Negative: Bit hard to bring heavy luggages to the top floor.
